Booking and Reservation Terms

Dining Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by The Aces & Ash. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, especially for weekend dining and special occasions.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • The venue reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
  • Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after their reserved time may have their table released to other diners.

Poker Table Reservations

Poker table reservations are for offline, live poker experiences only and are subject to availability. Our card lounge and poker room offer a refined social environment for face-to-face play.

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to enter the poker room or participate in any card lounge activity.
  • No online poker, betting, or money gambling is offered at The Aces & Ash. All poker experiences are live, offline, and social in nature.
  • The venue may require a deposit for group bookings or private poker table reservations.
